What is perfect?

Well, I started working at 3 pm. I usually work from 12pm to 11pm, so today was kind of easier day, at least it would be. But it turned up not.

When I got there the manager was already gone, that means I didn’t too much worry about he had stolen money for the safe again. But, the head part timer was there. His name is Fumito and actually he is a nice guy, very careful worker. He does good job all the time. Doing good job and meeting expectations are needed in working of course. But in his case, he does too much. His work is really nice, so naturally he require us to do as good as he does. So, as you have experienced, that’s so irritating.

He demand us to keep the kitchen clean like the kitchen is just built now. Hahaha and you know, it is impossible.

Okay, moving on. I talked with one of girls work the café. She has a boyfriend and told me she was ready to break up with him. She before told me she competed with her friend’s to go around him. So, she kicked her friend’s butt to be with that boyfriend. Anyway, she is now going to break up is because, her boyfriend feel inferiority from her. They are same age and in general, girls have progressed thoughts than boys do. She thinks his thought is childish and he can not get the better of her in arguing. All he can do is yells or acts he is angry at her or her opinions. It is evidence that the boy is childish. Anyhow, I advised her not to let him feel inferior; even if he says wrong thing. We cannot persuade people, but let them notice. Some body said this, maybe Socrates or don’t know.

Since I started using my fountain pen which I bought in Seattle Washington, I really want to buy a new one. Actually the pen I bought in WA was too junk to use in public. You don’t see it in distance, but once you hold the pen you should know that is inclining and you will tell it wasn’t intended to be made that way. Like the craftsman aimed that the pen would look like an art or something. Anyway, when I was at the pike place market—where amateur travelers go—I found the pens in various colors. It was almost three years ago. 2003, summer. And when I left the U.S., I was in Seattle for the flight and happened to go to the Pike place market—where 100% of Japanese travelers who are from Japan to see Ichiro, not Mariners—and hung around there. I found the shop I saw two years ago back then, and I decided I would buy one of those fountain pens; I didn’t see pens yet, though. I asked the old lady what was characteristic of those pens. She answered vividly the body of pens were made by special way. I didn’t get into what the “special way” was; but I bought one green one.

Despite the body was bent—I don’t know she meant this was the “special”—I still like the feel when I write. The fountain pen drove me write.

So, the reason I want to buy new pen is not because I don’t like my current curved pen. Now I know some difference and it take me a while to make any pens into my shape. People write in own way and even if people use same kind of pen, sometime later those pens will be shaped into for each person.

Anyway I want to buy one, some pen.
