In the car I was thinking when this niece would start chewing gum. It’s probably not important at all, however in terms of child health, you couldn’t avoid this. I couldn’t find any article about it from the internet or just I wasn’t curious enough.

At any rate, if you have a little kid and already went through it, tell me when a kid could eat, chew gum. My sister doesn’t seem to care about it. I think she should imagine her daughter someday happen to have a gum and eat it; perhaps it stick on the throat or Adam’s apple.

Enough gum talking and moving on. I got glasses today. They are just ordinary glasses. If you know me some— like you know eels but you don’t’ know where and when they lay eggs—you must have thought that I just bought sports-looking glasses. No, no. I bought glasses like people who have bad eyes wear. They are for work. That’s all. You should see me; I look a lot smarter in them than I actually am. My sister said I didn’t look Latino with glasses. Oh well that’s right.
